Customer service agent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer service, such as updating databases, tracking files, verifying contracts with terminals, planning shipments and managing inventory.
- Respond to various customer inquiries (email, phone).
- Receive and process phone calls from customers and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up after issues are resolved.
PROFILE
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients via email and phone.
- Punctuality, professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Strong sense of customer service and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Bilingualism (French, English) is essential.*
