Inventory Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately produce receiving and shipping documents.
  • Precisely control and reconcile inventories in our WMS system.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments: supervisors, transportation team and managers.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with clients.
EQUIPMENT
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Office 365.
  • WMS. On-site training provided.
PROFILE
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret receiving and shipping documents.
  • Ability to perform inventory calculations and readings (identify PO#, SKU, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in French or English.*
  • Punctuality, professionalism and strong work ethic.
