RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily billing for transportation and warehousing services.
• Respond to various customer requests (email, phone).
• Prepare brokerage billing and approve supplier invoices.
• Produce various analysis reports.
• Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Monitor accounts receivable.
• Other clerical tasks.

PROFILE

• DEC in accounting.
• Two years of experience in accounting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality, professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Resourcefulness and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Experience in transportation is an asset.
• Bilingualism essential (French, English).*
